Think its time to buy NOW?

FOR SALE: The average sales price of an existing home sold in the USA was $207,800 in October 2007, its lowest level since March 2005 or more than 2.5 years ago. The average peaked at $230,200 in July 2006 (source: National Association of Realtors).
